RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy 

  • All sales/purchases are final 
  • Returns are only available if the item is faulty due to unforeseen conditions
  • Returns are not available due to change of mind or incorrect size choice
  • Any refund requests must be made with 5 Business days of receiving the item
  • Sole Sneaker will not be liable for any lost items or damages caused to the items during transit to the customer

 

Customer Returns (if a customers request is accepted)

  • The item and its packaging must return in the exact condition which they left our facility in
  • The item must be shipped back within 3 Business days of the customers request being accepted

 

Any returns or exchanges due to faulty products will result in either, an exchange (based on stock available), or a refund upon the item arriving back with our team
